	Auditing Cleveland's 2007-08 Season The Cavaliers took the Celtics to a seventh game of the Eastern Conference semifinals, but couldn't score enough points to extend their run as they did a year ago. The City of Seattle hasn’t been this excited since Niles married Daphne.

Behind a total team effort the Sonics sent the Kings packing in a thrilling Game 5 and advanced to the second round for the first time in seven seasons.

Ray Allen continued his stellar play pacing Seattle with 31 points. Rashard Lewis followed his lead and picked a great time to get hot, adding 24 points--including 7 in an 80 second span. They weren’t the only Sonics to get offensive as five other players hit double figures in scoring.

Scoring wasn’t the only factor in this victory. The knock against the Sonics all season has been their lack of an inside presence. Apparently nobody told Seattle as they out-rebounded the Kings 43-25 in the decisive game. Nick Collison led the way with 9 boards including 5 on the offensive glass

Series MVP Ray Allen picked a perfect time to demonstrate his pending-free agent abilities. Leading the playoffs with a 33 point average, the Kings tried multiple defenses to try and slow him down. It seemed the more bodies they threw at him, the better he got. Allen shot 55% for the series and over 60% the last two games- -both Sonic victories. On Tuesday Allen put the game on his shoulders and hit the clinching lay-up with 12 seconds to go.

Not having much to cheer about the past few years, the Seattle fans held nothing back Tuesday night. Pushing the Sonics on every possession you could sense a swing in momentum at the beginning of the fourth quarter. With 9:32 remaining the Sonics took the lead back and never relinquished it.

The Sonics now await the outcome of the Spurs and Nuggets. If the Spurs win, Seattle will head to San Antonio. If the Nuggets manage to pull an upset, the Sonics will have the much needed home-court advantage in the Western Semi-Finals.

After the final horn sounded Jerome James ran to the bench and wore a trash bag over his uniform. This was an apparent jab at Sacramento for cutting him his rookie season and handing him a bag to clear out his locker.

The way the Kings played this series; don’t be surprised if management hands out a case of trash bags.
